Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States. Estimated delivery time is usually 5-10 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier service disruptions.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@flicknkick.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@flicknkick.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
